How does the Google Analytics work?

Create a google analytics accounts to track your website. When you add a tracking code on each page of your site. You collect data each time a customer or a user visits your site. A session ends after 30 mins of being inactive. If the visitor returns to your page after the session ends, a new session will begin. After the collection of data, it sends it to google analytics. Once the data is processed into a database, it cannot be changed.

How to login to Google Analytics?

When you create an account in Google Analytics you will automatically find three things: Account, Property, and View. You can create multiple accounts with multiple property and view according to your business need. If you are admin of the account, you can set user permissions (i.e you can add or remove user access from the account).

The behavior reports will give the overview of landing pages, exit pages, searched pages, site speed, how your page title is performing, and behavior flow.

According to the above graph, we will know how many page views, unique page views, Avg. time on page, bounce rate, and exit rate are happening in the page title, search term, and event category.
