Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions will govern “The Agreement” between eMarket Education (The training institute) & the Undersigned (The Student Candidate). The agreement is subjected to the acceptance by the applicant & once enforced, both the Parties are bound by the terms & conditions of this agreement;

  • Service: The institute will undertake & impart theoretical, practical & live projects training till the completion of the course session for the candidate after the enrolment process.
  • Enrolment Fee: The first time enrolment fee is INR 5,000 before the time of joining and rest of the fee to be paid on instalment basis specific to the criteria defined for each courses.
  • Documentation: The institute will guide the candidate during the entire training session impart skill training when needed, and resume preparation support, passing certification guidance, interview support & any other documentation.
  • Deferment: The applicant can defer the training batch joining to the next batch in case of any personal emergency.
  • No Refund Policy: There will be no refund at any stage after a week’s days of course continuation.
